Canadiens, Bruins resume bitter rivalry in Boston

Carey Price moved into second place on the Canadiens all-time win list with a shutout in Boston.

Jordie Benn’s empty-netter sealed the deal.

Eight minutes into the second period, Ryan Donato scored. Except he didn’t. Claude Julien asked for a review, which showed the Bruin was offside.

Brendan Gallagher came off the bench and beat Tuukka Rask nine minutes into the game.Eighty-one seconds later, Max Domi converted an Artturi Lehkonen feed to make it 2-0.

Shots were 33-23 Boston.
